A COFFEE DREAM TURNED INTO REALITY
Ditta Artigianale was founded as a micro-roastery in 2013 by Francesco Sanapo, a multiple award-winning barista champion and Patrick Hoffer. Their purpose and mission was to bring specialty coffee to Italy and educate a mature coffee audience about the importance of transparency and commitment to sustainability in the entire coffee process.
Ditta Artigianale sources coffee beans from the most exclusive micro lots, create direct relationships with producers, and roast to enhance every single characteristic of the coffee bean for enhanced coffee experience for their customers.
